A 35th floor sub-penthouse in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. 270-degree views, a 400sqft private patio, and a walk score that puts BC Place, the waterfront, and the city's best neighbourhoods at your door.

Guest access
We provide you with a parking stall in our secured underground parking. There is also plenty of street parking. The skytrain station and bus stop is a right next door to our building, with access to core of downtown and waterfront station. You are minutes from costco, the movie theatre, pharmacy, convenience store, the best restaurants and the best coffee shops in town.

Other things to note
Minimum rental age is 25.

The master walk-in closet is not accessible during your stay.

Self check-in via the August smart lock app — full instructions provided upon booking confirmation.

Secured underground parking stall included.

Please respect building quiet hours and strata rules during your stay.

No parties or additional guests. $2000 fine for parties and $500 fine for each extra guest above and beyond those who are booked to stay.
