Welcome to Destin West Gulfside #214! I'm Frank, your host for this great vacation property. This very nice beach condo is a 3 bedroom with 2 full bath. With the sleeper sofa in living room the property sleeps up to 8 guests. The Resort includes direct beach access, many pools, and a lazy river. Additionally, the beach service is included for free (2 chairs/ 1 umbrella)!

The space
Hello! Welcome to this wonderful 3 bedroom / 2 bath beach condo. With this vacation rental you receive a comfortable and nicely decorated unit. This condo (#214) is located in the Gulfside building of the Destin West Beach & Bay Resort.

I am dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to hosting your group for a beach trip!

Notes... The bunk room in this condo has been upgraded compared to other units in the building. The bunk is a twin over full configuration. A door has been added to create an actual room rather than an open area. Additionally, both the primary bedroom and guest bedroom have king beds! (also uncommon)

Rentals of jet skis, kayaks, and boogie boards are available on the beach located in front of the resort during the day. Pontoon boat rentals available across the street. You are also within walking distance or short drive away from many restaurants, grocery store, and activities on Okaloosa Island and Destin.

This beach condo is in a great location on the second floor. You will be very close to the parking garage which is extremely convenient. The unit also provides a great view of the pool, hot tub, and the Gulf. When you are ready to join the fun activities and action below, you have quick and easy access to the ground floor. The condo is great for one or two families. Two bedrooms, bunk room, two baths, and a sleeper sofa can sleep up to eight comfortably.

Other things to note
After reservation confirmed, an Arrival Email is sent containing the door code for the condo and other important check-in information.

Free on-site parking in multi-level parking garage. Free access to all pools on both Gulfside and Bayside of the Resort. Free Beach Service included with this condo.

Okaloosa Island is a great destination. It is a nice and family friendly area. It has beautiful beaches, activities, and nearby restaurants. The buildings on the island are limited in height to 6 stories, so you do not have the mega resorts that you typically find in other locations. This helps keep down the crowds and traffic, especially during the busy seasons.
