A common area with wifi that’s well suited for working.
This one-bed studio overlooks a vibrant street, perfect for those who enjoy city life (not ideal for light sleepers). Just steps from Kloof and Bree streets, it’s also near Company’s Garden, the National Library, Iziko Museum, and the Planetarium. Surrounded by restaurants and clubs. Triple-glazed windows help with noise, but you may still feel the energy. No guests allowed.

The space
It's an open plan room, with a nice concrete floor. The space is bright and offers a kitchen sink with small 150l fridge. The bed is queen size. The bathroom offers a spacious shower area and toilet.

Guest access
The best to explore the neighborhood is on foot. Uber and Bolt are also of great service and also one and only MyCiti buses that can drive you far, even to Hout Bay and Kirstenbosch botanical gardens. You need to buy a MyCiti card upfront. I love to use my bicycle and rollerblades as well, as Cape Town is bicycle-friendly, especially with the lanes outside of town. There is no dedicated parking space but can be arranged with building manager.

Apartment is located on upper Long street, in Cape Town CBD. During the day, location offers nice athmosphere, shopping, chilling, it is near SA National libraries and Iziko museums, Orange hotel, Company's Garden, a public park with lots of birds and squirrels, is just 2 mins walk away. Turkish baths (swimming pool) is also just minutes away, hiking to Signal hill can be done practically from step door. During the night Long street morphs into a party street, Kloof street and Bree street are also minutes away. Windows are sound proof and protect your sleep when needed, you must just close them all. The location is great for city explorers but also nature lovers.
