Kick back and relax in this peaceful retreat. Two large decks with a great view amongst the trees. Stylish decor with a boho flare. Hear Big Creek feed the lake down below while you relax and dine outside, or surrender in the macrame swings. Pine Mountain Lake offers: 18 hole golf course, The Grill, Equestrian center, hiking trails, community pool, and private lake.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $50 gate fee per car to enter the gated community.

The space
House with a view. As soon as you open the front door you are greeted with a beautiful view overlooking the trees of Pine Mountain Lake.
We are located 24 miles to the Yosemite National Park gates.
Upstairs has two bedrooms, each room has one queen bed and one has a additional twin bed. A beautiful spiral staircase will take you to the lower level of the home where you will find our King suite with a attached full bathroom. Just outside the bedroom doors you will find a room equipped with a queen bed, full bed a single bed in the fold out ottoman and two more single fold up beds perfect for kids.
Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to host your next adventure.
Walking distance to big creek trail. PLEASE NOTE:
1. There is no washer/dryer for guest use
2. The garage is not accessible to guest at this time.
3. The home is priced per person so you must add all guest to the reservation.
4. Although you can see the lake through the trees, we do not have walking access to the lake from the home. Do not attempt to hike down the hill to the lake, this is private property and lake access is private. You may drive to any of the beaches in Pine Mountain Lake for access.
5. Don’t forget your beach towel, we do not supply towels for the beach.
6. Parking is available in the driveway only.
7. Guest must be at least 21 years old to book.
8. We are dog friendly with some restrictions.
Dog fee is $100 per dog. and all breeds must be approved before booking.
9. There is a $50 fee to enter Pine Mountain Lake. This is a one time fee per car that’s good for 7 days.
10. Gas fireplace not available during summer months.

Guest access
There is a $50 fee to enter the gates of Pine Mountain Lake. This pass will give you full access to all PML amenities for up to 7 days.

Other things to note
Do not remove safety screen on the fireplace, this will result in a $75 charge. Do not bring more guest than stated on the reservation this could result in a cancellation of your trip. Dogs must be approved before booking, we have some breed restrictions that we can not allow. Deck swings are meant for relaxation, do not aggressively swing or play on these. Weight limit is 200lbs. There is no washer/dryer available for guest use at this time. No open flames allowed, do not burn candles or start any types of fire.
There is a propane tank with the BBQ grill, we do not maintain the propane. If planning to use the BBQ you may exchange the propane tank and send me your receipt for reimbursement. We are not responsible for any items left behind. We are not responsible for any unfavorable weather or temporary power outages and do recommend purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to check local weather and Yosemite travel recommendations found on their website. We do not have a EV charger, if you have a converter please ask permission before plugging in. Any charging of your vehicle will incur a $50 per day charge.
Gas fire place will not be available June through October.

There are no parties allowed and quiet time is at 10 PM the neighbors have the right to report disturbances to Pine Mountain Lake security. Failure to abide by Pine Mountain Lake rules can result in a cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
