Every bed features high-end mattresses to ensure a good night's rest. Our home is professionally cleaned and centrally located. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort.

Over night street parking is not allowed. Please park on the driveway to avoid a parking ticket.

Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed.
Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.

From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions.

Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. However, an empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
