The building features a 27th floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym with breathtaking ocean, city and mountain views. This central position makes the apartment Ideal for leisure or business travel. Walk to the CTICC or take a 5 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The space
This beautiful studio apartment features modern design and furnishings with high end furnishing and finishes. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen size bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom with walk-in shower and 16th floor mountain, city and ocean views. The large balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the Cape Town summer.

The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains. This building is free from loadshedding (scheduled power outages).
