Enter the house and you'll immediately feel the calm space created by the open concept design. On your left is the breakfast bar and the fully equipped kitchen for those lazy morning breakfasts or home cooked meals on the nights you fancy eating in. The dining area seats 4 and also leads directly out to the small screened in patio, where you can dine al fresco and throw some locally caught fish on the grill.
The living area has comfortable reclining sofas and a large smart TV with cable - perfect for a movie night on one of your favorite apps (don't forget to bring your log-ins!). There is also a half bath on this floor.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor.
The primary bedroom is a very generous size, with a king bed, walk-in closet, office space with desk and chair, a large smart TV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and his 'n hers vanity.
The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and a closet for your clothes storage.

This home has a double garage for parking, that you are welcome to use and for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your use. We also have 3 adult bikes, which are great for cycling to the Sail Harbour community pool, which you will also have access to.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including the garage, and also to the community pool and cabana.
Other things to note
**PLEASE NOTE** As with most gated communities in Fort Myers and Naples, all renters are required to complete a Renter Agreement, plus an Application. Once approved, this allows for two entry barcode car stickers. There is a processing fee of $100pp (which has been included in your booking fees). There is also a $50 fee per adult, which covers the national criminal background check that is required. This has NOT been included in your booking fees and we will contact you once booked to arrange this charge. We cannot 100% confirm the booking until the application has been approved by the association, but your dates will be held until that is confirmed.
