Nestled in the serene forested mountains of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec, Happy Camper Chalet offers the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. Combining vintage charm with modern amenities, our chalet provides easy access to town, beaches, and outdoor activities. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic escape, or a relaxing break with friends, Happy Camper Chalet is the ideal destination to reconnect with simple pleasures and the great outdoors.

The space
BEDROOMS:

Main Bedroom: A cozy space with a queen-sized bed, private balcony, and storage space.

Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed, vintage mountain décor, and storage space, perfect for couples.

Third Bedroom: Suitable for (but not limited to) kids or groups, with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) and storage space.


KITCHEN:

The fully-equipped kitchen features an open concept, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include a fridge, stove, microwave, and a coffee station with a drip coffee maker, French press, and complimentary coffee and tea. We also offer basic kitchen amenities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The water supply is fresh from the municipal source.


LIVING ROOM:

Relax by the fireplace on a comfortable sectional sofa, or enjoy a family game night with board games. The Smart TV with Roku allows access to Netflix, Disney+, and more. Fire logs are provided during your stay for your enjoyment.


BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY:

The chalet has 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a toilet, bath/shower, and sink. The secondary bathroom features a toilet, sink, and laundry area with a washer, dryer, detergent, and softener. We also provide an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and plenty of towels for guests.


OUTDOOR SPACE:

Enjoy the great outdoors with a private hot tub, sauna, BBQ, and fire pit. The outdoor space is perfect for family gatherings, with a picnic table for alfresco dining.


WORKSPACE & WIFI:

Need to work during your stay? A small desk in the hallway offers a dedicated space, and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the chalet. We recommend noise-canceling headphones if you require a quiet environment.


PARKING:

The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Note: The chalet is located on a mountain, so winter tires are essential during the snowy season.

Welcome Happy Campers! We're your hosts, Julia & Frankie and we are beyond excited to share our Happy Camper Chalet with you and your friends & family. The HC Chalet is more than just a vacation spot, it's a place that helps us connect to our family's traditions. We both come from families who have long-held traditions of going away up north. In fact, our grandparents used to load the car with a trunk full of suitcases and homemade Italian food and bring the whole family up north for a getaway filled with outdoor activities. Since taking time off from work was difficult for them, their yearly trip up north meant all that much more to them. As you can imagine, this tradition was passed on to us and we too grew up loading the car with suitcases and Italian food and heading up north for a weekend getaway. And while many things have changed over the years, this is one tradition we hope to preserve. While staying at the HC Chalet, we hope you too can appreciate the traditions of the up north getaway and create your own memories and traditions that you look back on with happiness.
