Escape to Grassy Bottom: Your Cozy Retreat on the Clyde

Unwind in style at our unique self-contained apartment, where modern comfort meets breathtaking views. Relax and curl up with Parker's latest novel (available on Amazon) – a guaranteed source of laughter best enjoyed with a good glass of wine.

Watch the ever-changing tapestry of the Clyde Estuary from your balcony. This thriving deep-water channel is a constant source of fascination, with a parade of cruise liners, freighters, naval vessels, and the busy procession of ferries linking the mainland to the Isle of Bute.

Polite reminder
We would like to draw your attention to a part of our Airbnb house rules concerning quiet hours (10pm - 7am).

We are in a lovely, quiet setting and we just ask that guests are mindful of the other people in the house and the wider neighbourhood during these hours. Normal enjoyment is absolutely fine, we just need to keep the decibels down a little.

As the sound travels so easily from the open deck, we’d be especially grateful if you could be extra mindful when using it after 11pm.

We really appreciate you helping us with this. It makes all the difference!
