This two storey apartment was recently renovated, it is well appointed and impeccably clean. Just minutes walk from all things downtown. Two bedrooms, one large with a Queen bed, one smaller with a Double bed. Shared laundry in the basement. Parking.

The space
This an older home that has been recently renovated. It is impeccably clean, stylish and in an excellent location.
A parking permit is provided for street parking right out front.

Guest access
Guests will have access to a ROKU internet streaming device with Netflix, Crackle, YouTube, (website hidden), etc.
There is also a washer and dryer in the basement shared with one other apartment.

Other things to note
This apartment is a 3-4 minute walk from Water Street, George Street, Convention Centre, etc.
A parking permit is provided for street parking right out front.

I love the little park directly across the street with its large trees and benches to relax on. Also, 'The Rooms Museum' looms overhead just up the hill.
