Bring the whole family to the lake to create memories that last a lifetime!! Whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy the outdoors, or keep everyone entertained our spacious walkout suite offers plenty of room to do it all. Located just a short drive from groceries, restaurants, beaches or other local amenities, you’ll have everything you need while still enjoying a peaceful space. Sidewalk and suite are wheelchair, power wheelchair or scooter accessible and a power lift chair can be requested.

The space
Welcome to our beautiful pet free walkout basement suite located right beside Pelican Lake.
The open concept main area features a spacious kitchen with a large peninsula, comfortable living area with games space that’s perfect for relaxing together.
The suite includes 4 bedrooms and one full bath with a walk in shower, making it a great option for families or groups.
There are several options for enjoying meals together. Dine indoors at the peninsula, outdoors around the patio table or gather at the fire pit for a campfire meal. A BBQ is also available for guests to utilize.

Guest access
Guests have a private entry equipped with a smart lock. Your access code will be provided the day of your arrival.

When you booking, let us how many rooms you require. Access will be provided for the number of rooms requested.

Your private entrance is accessed via a short walkway down a gradual incline of approximately 30 degrees. There are no stairs involved for entry nor inside the suite.

For insurance and safety purposes, please enter the total number of people you expect to have staying at the suite.

Request permission for any visitors and include the time frame you wish them to visit. We will need to approve the arrangement and need to have that information for safety or emergency purposes.

We are required to have an accurate occupancy record. To maintain our insurance, we must be able to safely accommodate all persons during any stay.

We are located in a beautiful location with a scenic drive - take a look at a topographic map to anticipate.

A motorized lift chair is available upon request for guests who require it for mobility assistance. For safety reasons, the lift chair operated and connected after an assessment to ensure it is appropriate for the guests needs. The lift chair is intended solely as a mobility aid and is not a recreational item.
