Perfect for families, UGA alum, friends for a nice weekend stay. Taking Bookings 6 months out. No smoking or pets. The space
This condo is immaculate ! Sleeps 6. Close to campus and downtown. Quiet complex set back off road. It has all of the amenities of home. Comfortable, cute décor, great beds and linens. Recently renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea and cocoa provided.
32 in flat screen, blue ray DVD player, movie dvd's available. Pack and play and high chair on request.

1 Queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom, 1 queen blow up for extra guests. Absolutely no more than 6 guests in condo!

The condo complex is set off the main street in a very quiet surrounding. Very safe area.
Close to Jittery Joes, IHOP, Kroger, Dollar Tree and other Restaurants. Shopping, hospital, movie theater very close as well.
