The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .

The space
It consists of three bedrooms, one 21 sqm with a double bed and a small living room, a second bedroom with a size of 16 sqm and fitted with a double bed. Finally, there is an additional bedroom (12sqm) which is equipped with an expandable semi-double bed. All bedrooms are sunny with scenic view of the sea and equipped with a closet and an air conditioner. Moreover, the apartment can be separately heated in the winter months with an autonomous heating unit.
In addition to the guestrooms, there are two fully equipped bathrooms. One of which is 14 sqm with a bath tub and washing machine and a smaller one with shower. A small, fully equipped kitchen can be found at the entrance of the house with the essential appliances for food preparation. Finally, there is a large balcony of about 40sqm, as well as a smaller one looking over the sea
