The space
If its location you are looking for, then this modern and newly remodeled 2 bedroom plus large Loft, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your Mammoth vacation! This condo unit has a beautiful private balcony view of Lincoln Mountain and short walk across street from Eagle Lodge and ski run on chair 15! It is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Forester building. Newly renovated, with nicely furnished 2 bedroom with loft, 2 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 10. Enjoy a newly completed supplied kitchen with cooking accessories and modern appliances, along with a high counter with bar chairs. A 55" flat screen Smart TV has been installed in the living room. A wood burning fireplace graces the room with plenty of firewood provided. The master bedroom has a new queen bed &high end mattress/sheets/bedding, flat screen LCD TV. The second bedroom has a new queen bed & high end mattress/sheets/bedding, a flat screen LCD TV and the loft has two bunkbed sets, the bottom bunk is a queen bed with a single on top.

The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). This unit includes free WiFi Netflix and cable TV. Located on the green shuttle route. Please discuss pet approval and pet fee prior to reservation confirmation. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, daytime parking on street is free but read signage for current details. Also free to call for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: pools, spas, recreation rooms, sauna’s, tennis courts, fitness rooms and public gathering spaces. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities not available.
