Enjoy our home, a design apartment, where iconic pieces of furniture blend with vintage touches. Recently renovated, it offers three large bedrooms and three new independent bathrooms. On the first floor, a large balcony offers a view of the village of Garda and the Rocca. On the second floor, a large window creates a unique environment between the open living room, the terrace, the sky and the lake. A 5-minute walk from the lake, our apartment offers an exclusive permanent parking space.

The space
The apartment is large, modern, full of light. In a quiet residential area it is 5 minutes walk form the lake and the city center. Two large balconies connect you with the surrounding landscape.

Guest access
Sirene del Garda apartment is in a small independent house of three apartments. You pass a small gate at number 55b and go through a garden corridor. Enter the building door on the left and walk up to the stairs to the first floor. The apartment is on the left side.

Other things to note
In Italy, every guest is required to pay a tourist tax. The municipality of Garda sets it at €2 per day per person. This amount is usually requested in cash at check-in. It is not included in the Airbnb rate, which is already taxed, otherwise we would have to pay a tax on a tax later.
