Our cozy house is located in Spring's in East Hampton's Clearwater Beach Association. Its a 1 level house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The open concept offers the perfect space for a small family or group of friends to enjoy. The sliding doors open to a small deck for dining and lounging. To complete this cozy cottage you can enjoy a private life guarded, gated beach, with picnic and playarea and marina.
