The space
The property is located in the tourist area of ​​Nuevo Vallarta, on Nuevo Vallarta Boulevard. The complex is completely new and the apartment is located on the second level, with an elevator. Surveillance 24 hours a day. The terrace and the main room overlook the pool and the green areas. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, separate full bathroom, king size bed, closet and TV. The second bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed, a single bed and a closet. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same space, which makes it more modern, warm and comprehensive for communication with family and friends. All furniture and home accessories are new. Additionally, we have a Toyota Sienna for 8 passengers that can be used at an additional cost, without hidden fees or security deposits. Your stay includes a parking space within the same subdivision.
Regarding the use of electricity, guests have free access to the use of 10 KWh for each day of their stay. This amount is a reasonable amount for the use of a house with our equipment, most of our guests do not pay anything additional especially taking care of the use of air conditioners with closed doors, etc. Any KWh above this amount has a cost of $4 pesos for each KWh. If appliances are used properly, there should be no extra charge.
