The space
Nashville’s Chipmunk is a modern 2nd floor studio unit perfect for one to two people to explore the beautiful town of Brown County, Indiana.
King Size Bed with a mattress topper for a great nights rest! The studio is equipped with a 54” TV, love seat for 2, and a bistro set to enjoy your coffee or meals in comfort.
Mini kitchen, equipped with a small but full refrigerator that has both freezer and refrigeration, a microwave, stove with oven, and a coffee maker stocked for your use. The kitchen provides what you need to make some meals inside, or make your morning breakfast with some coffee!
Thermostat is not located in the unit and can only be adjusted upon request.
The bathroom has a full bathtub, pedestal sink, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and some extra essentials for your use!
This unit is on the same floor as our unit Nashville’s Haven which is a full 1 bedroom apartment with living room, dining, and bathroom. If you are traveling with a friend and would like to reserve the entire upper floor together- we encourage you to look at Nashville’s Haven with your booking.
Guest access
This is a studio apartment on the 2nd floor. Guest main entrance is a side door. Guest will walk up stairs and then will have a private entrance to a studio apartment with a bathroom.
Please note this unit is on the same floor and shares the living room wall with another Airbnb unit. Similar to a hotel- noise can be heard from your neighbors.
We have recently blown fresh installation into the shared wall to muffle noise on both sides.
Other things to note
Parking:
We are surrounded by 24/7 free street parking. We do provide dedicated spaces for guest. We will send out parking details with suggestions on nearby free public parking lots you can park in during the day if you are unable to get a spot right in front of our complex. Historically guest have said our instructions make it easy breezy no matter the time of year but please note this.
Cancellation policy
We are a small family business but we also are human and understand life happens. Our cancellation policy is to be fair to both our business and our guest.
We do offer a 10% discount for non-refundable bookings. This means you are confident in your date and stay. If you chose this option then it is exactly that non refundable and also non negotiable as far as moving your booking to another date.

Date Change Request:
It’s hard for us to change dates for customers as our units are heavily booked and we typically cannot transfer your booking to another date.
However- We are happy to review the request and try to work with you. We truly want your business and are honored when a guest has chosen to stay with us. So when life happens and your plans change we want to be as helpful as we can and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our pricing is set to seasonally. If the change in date that you are requesting is weeks to months out- the cost could be different. So please understand if we mention this if you are asking us to investigate changing your booking from a non seasonal date to a seasonal date. We promise we are honest and fair people and we promise to treat every situation as such.
Pets:
We love animals and we have them at our homes! However, we do not allow them in our units. This is an agreement with our cleaning help and is non negotiable as we want to respect our promise to them. We hope you understand ❤️
