This beautiful 75m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 sofa bed (for 1 person). Perfect for max. 4 persons.
It has an open concept kitchen, furnished indoor patio, including a desk.

The apartment is on a 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a 2-seater bed, full bathroom built in and closet from wall to wall.

The 2nd bedroom features a 1.5-seater bed and wall-to-wall closet.

This beautiful and cozy dpto has a full second full bath in the passageway.

In the room there is a sofa for 1 person.

The kitchen is open concept and has a breakfast bar, laundry room with dry washer, living room with TV and internal patio furnished with desk. This apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

NOTE:
-The TV does not have cable, local channels, or Netflix, so each guest must enter their own streaming accounts that they require.
-Keep bags are not allowed either before check-in or after checkout. There is no place to keep them or staff who are responsible for them.
-Please, we leave 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We do not provide personal hygiene products.


LONG STAYS AND WARRANTY:
This accommodation is available for long-term bookings (more than 30 nights). In case guests are interested in booking this apartment for 30 nights or more, it will be necessary to leave a guarantee of USD100 per month (or proportional to the number of nights booked) to cover any eventuality that may arise.

This guarantee will be charged through Airbnb and also, if there is no problem with the apartment at checkout, 100% of it will also be returned by Airbnb, maximum 4 days after checkout.

In case you should cover any expenses such as:
-White clothes stained, burned or damaged
Any broken/broken/burned items, etc. that we can't fix
- Apartment so dirty that it requires professional cleaning
Loss of keys or garage control (if applicable), among others
These will be discounted from this guarantee, after sending the guest photos documenting the damages and the budget of the costs that we have to incur (they are their respective sustenance). The balance, if any, will also be returned by Airbnb.

Cleaning and safety protocol:
- Our department has a cleaning and disinfection protocol, in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health and the who (World Health Organization).
-Our cleaning staff uses face masks, hair capped jumpsuit, gloves and other safety gear.
-We use sprinklers with a mixture of bleach and water to disinfect surfaces.
-We also use a steam cleaner to disinfect mattresses, armchairs, rugs, curtains and any fabric surfaces.
- All our apartments are cleaned and disinfected following a strict protocol of safety, cleaning and disinfection before and after the departure of our guests.

Other things to note
Check-in is from 3pm onwards and check-out is at the latest at 11am.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please coordinate with us to check if possible. The cost of an early check-in or late check-out is USD25.

IMPORTANT: an early check-in is maximum from 9am. If the guest requires a check-in before 9am, the guest must book the night before.

Also, the late checkout is a maximum of 9pm. In case the guest requires a late checkout later than 9pm, the guest must book the full night.


INTERNAL BUILDING REGULATIONS:

Smoking is not allowed either inside the apartment or inside the building.
-No parties.
- No pets allowed.
-It is not allowed to make annoying noises that could affect the traquility of other neighbors.
-If the guest fails to comply with the Regulations and that means a fine for the department, the guest must assume said fine.
- In case of non-compliance with the regulations, a warning will be given to the guest.
- It is not allowed to hang items or clothes on the windows. This may result in a fine by the Administration, a fine that would be charged to the guest, if that was the case.
-If the guest ignores the warning, iStayPeru reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the apartment without finishing their reservation, without returning the money for the pending nights.
-If the guest leaves the keys inside the apartment, this service will cost USD20 (to cover the mobility of the host back and forth to the property).
-If the guest leaves the keys inside the apartment, but put in the door lock, this will have an additional cost of approximately USD110 (because we must hire a locksmith who disassembles the lock and opens the door).


IMPORTANT NOTE: in case guests stain, soil, dye in any way the sheets, duvet, covers, pillows and/or towels and these stains are not possible to remove, the guest will be charged the amount for the purchase/replacement of the stained linen.

Also, if guests break, spoil, burn in any way any furniture or artifact in the apartment, they will be charged for the replacement of the damaged furniture or artifact.

ONCE THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, THE GUESTS AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED REGULATIONS. Otherwise, they must bear the expenses associated with any damage caused.
