The apartment with fantastic views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains includes a bedroom, living room (with sofa bed), a modern fitted kitchen as well as a bathroom and located in the attic.

The space
Welcome to our holiday apartment!

The house, where we live ourselves and another small apartment is available, is idyllically located in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac just a few steps from the bathing lake.

You enter the apartment through a small hallway where you enter the new kitchen, bathroom or living room.

The new fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for a perfect holiday menu: oven and ceramic hob (4 hobs), dishwasher and fridge with freezer. In addition, our apartments are all equipped with the following basic amenities:
Salt, pepper, sugar
Vinegar, oil
Baking paper and aluminum foil
Dishwasher tabs,
Nespresso coffee machine with compostable organic coffee pods from myCofffeCup.

Opposite is the bathroom, equipped with a sink and mirror, the toilet and a shower, as well as ample opportunities to put down the things of daily need.

The living room offers a fantastic view of the Grünten - the "guardian of the Allgäu" - and the Allgäu Alps. Equipped with a sofa bed (generous two-seater that can sleep 140x195cm if needed), a stool and coffee table. Of course, a smart TV is also available. At the bar table you can enjoy your food and let the view wander into the Allgäu Alps.

Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200) and of course bedding. In addition to the duvet and a pillow, our bedding also includes a memory foam pillow!

On the south balcony you can enjoy the sun from early with a fantastic view of the Alps. Here you can also enjoy the perfect breakfast!

We charge the spa taxes (per day: 3.20 euros per adult - 2.10 euros per child) upon arrival and must be paid in cash on site.

In addition, you get the Allgäu-Walser Pass and the ALLGÄU MOBILE PASS and thus enjoy attractive advantages and experiences for
the duration of your stay.

NOTE: When booking the apartment, there is no right of withdrawal. Cancellation policy applies!

Other things to note
We also live in this house ourselves. Helga and Ferdinand, our two little cats you will surely also meet sometime.

We have been renting vacation rentals since summer 2021. Unfortunately, the conditions have often not allowed us to see each other in person. Nevertheless, the summer encounters with our guests were a wonderful experience that led us to grow a little.
