Fully renovated in 2021, this peaceful and centrally-located home has tons of room for your family. 5 miles from downtown Mt Dora shops, restaurants, and the Chain of Lakes. If you are looking to explore all that Florida has to offer, it is 19 miles to Lake Mary, and 35 miles to Disney, Universal, and other major attractions as well as 40 mins from Daytona Beach. This home boasts luxury mattresses to ensure your stay is peaceful and relaxing!

The space
This home was recently professionally renovated. Wood ceiling beams guide your eyes to the fireplace and open floor plan makes the space inviting.

The kitchen has everything you need to stay in for the night and make your own dinner or simply enjoy a coffee or tea in the morning. It has 3 bar stools at the granite counter to offer a nice place to sit and have breakfast.

The dining room has room for 6 at the live edge dining table. Enjoy a family game night, or watch a movie on the Smart TV provided.

Home offers clothes washer and dryer for guests as well.

Master bedroom has a KING bed and adjoining private bathroom with dual-vanity. Bedroom 2 has 2 TWIN XL beds. Bedroom 3 has a TWIN XL bed, and bunk beds which are FULL, and TWIN. There is a second full bathroom also with dual-vanity.

If like to spend some time outside, you can enjoy an evening at the firepit or afternoon playing corn-hole.

**Please do not feed the wild peacocks that frequent the wooded area on the property**

You will have access to the entire home and patio. We want it to feel like your home away from home! Whether you are enjoying a vacation, stay-cation or are in town celebrating a graduation, birthday, one of Mount Dora's many cultural festivals or some other cause bringing you to our area, we want to ensure that your stay is relaxing.

Other things to note
We are "Dog Friendly" for dogs smaller than 35lbs. (Pet fees apply) Absolutely no cats. This is a NON-Smoking home. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home, garage, porches or screened patio. Our home is professionally cleaned between each booking.
