I'm renting out my 80sqm loft in the center of Paris.
It was designed by swiss architects and features oak-wood floors , a marble bath and designer furniture.
You have the best and trendiest bar and restaurants just downstairs, 3 metro stations. Two great market streets (Rue Montorgueil & Fbg St Denis) at 200 meters. Louvre 10 minutes away.
And while the neibourhood is central and lively, the place is calm and quiet at night.

The space

A huge living-room (45 sqm) with semi-open kitchen has a southern view on the square d'Alexandrie with it's trendy terrace of the Hotel Edgar. The bedroom with en suite marble bathroom is in the back out to a small courtyard and has a skylight. There's a seperate WC with washing amenities off the living area.
And if you'd like there a bicycle at your disposal for getting around Paris.

Guest access

2nd floor, only one apartment per floor.

Interaction with guests

Of course I am always reachable to answer all your questions during your stay and I have a trusted housekeeper who can come to your rescue.

Other things to note

Minimum stay is 2 nights.
The place does not suit families with kids under 15.
Please understand that I want to keep my appartment clean and spotless. Therefore I charge a cleaning-fee at the end. However, if you stay for more than a week, my trusted housekeeper will come and clean once a week for 2 or 3 hours (depending on how much there is to clean). He charges 12 euros an hour that you'd need to pay him directly. It is a service that will enhance your stay in my place. Thank you for understanding.

This apartment is quite large for Paris and is in a superb location! We were able to walk all over Paris from there, in fact we gave up taking the metro because it was so much more time consuming than just walking. Guide was so easy to work with and very responsive to any issues that arose.

Thank you Kristin, You were wonderful guest and I hope to welcome you back soon. I wish you a great onward trip. Best regards Guido

This was the iconic Paris vacation. Guido greeted us there to help us get settled. He gave us a nice gift! We were able to visit all the attractions we wanted very conveniently from this location. We walked to Louvre, Pompidou, Museé Picasso, Les Caves du Louvre, Paris Big Bus and the Choco-story museum. Anything else can be reached by metro and there are a couple stations nearby. We walked to Rue Montorgueil market which has many restaurants and shops. There are many restaurants of all kinds nearby. It was myself and two daughters and we felt very safe even walking in the evenings. The accommodations were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. I did bring too heavy of a suitcase for the number of steps so that is the only warning I would give. Thank you Guido for carrying it up for me! Great apartment and great memories!

Perfect location for my business trip, easy and efficient communication with the owner, and much better than staying in hotels. The apartment is fully equipped and clean. Although the apartment is on a residential street, it is extremely close (on foot) to the rue Montorgueil, where you can find lovely food shops, many restaurants, and wine bars. If you are visiting for tourism purposes, it is also close to some of the popular sights / museums to see in Paris.

I'm Guido. I’m german but have lived abroad since I was 21.
I studied design and work as a brand strategist. I am passionate about art and culture(s). My projects take me frequently away from my beloved home, during which time I propose it to travelers who want to live a truly unique Parisian experience.
As I said, this apartment is my home. It's not a rental investment with cheap standard stuff, but equipped with finely collected items and artifacts that I have found all over the world and fine-tuned over the years.
I invite you to share this very special place in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world.
Feel free to ask me about restaurants or special places to see that are not necessarily in the guide books.
If you're interested in gallery- or museum openings, let me know! I'm on a lot of mailing lists and would be happy to rsvp in your name.
I look forward to your inquiries.
