I'm renting out my 80sqm loft in the center of Paris.
It was designed by swiss architects and features oak-wood floors , a marble bath and designer furniture.
You have the best and trendiest bar and restaurants just downstairs, 3 metro stations. Two great market streets (Rue Montorgueil & Fbg St Denis) at 200 meters. Louvre 10 minutes away.
And while the neibourhood is central and lively, the place is calm and quiet at night.
A huge living-room (45 sqm) with semi-open kitchen has a southern view on the square d'Alexandrie with it's trendy terrace of the Hotel Edgar. The bedroom with en suite marble bathroom is in the back out to a small courtyard and has a skylight. There's a seperate WC with washing amenities off the living area.
And if you'd like there a bicycle at your disposal for getting around Paris.
2nd floor, only one apartment per floor.
Interaction with guests
Of course I am always reachable to answer all your questions during your stay and I have a trusted housekeeper who can come to your rescue.
Other things to note
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
The place does not suit families with kids under 15.
Please understand that I want to keep my appartment clean and spotless. Therefore I charge a cleaning-fee at the end. However, if you stay for more than a week, my trusted housekeeper will come and clean once a week for 2 or 3 hours (depending on how much there is to clean). He charges 12 euros an hour that you'd need to pay him directly. It is a service that will enhance your stay in my place. Thank you for understanding.

I'm Guido. I’m german but have lived abroad since I was 21.
I studied design and work as a brand strategist. I am passionate about art and culture(s). My projects take me frequently away from my beloved home, during which time I propose it to travelers who want to live a truly unique Parisian experience.
As I said, this apartment is my home. It's not a rental investment with cheap standard stuff, but equipped with finely collected items and artifacts that I have found all over the world and fine-tuned over the years.
I invite you to share this very special place in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world.
Feel free to ask me about restaurants or special places to see that are not necessarily in the guide books.
If you're interested in gallery- or museum openings, let me know! I'm on a lot of mailing lists and would be happy to rsvp in your name.
I look forward to your inquiries.
