The villa offers panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Cretan nature. The space
The variety of facilities for fitness and relaxation include a well-equipped gym, sauna and playroom. The aura of comfort which is fully in harmony with the surroundings, can offer the visitor an amazing experience!

The villa is divided into 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people into 4 double bedrooms. The luxurious design and great care and attention can be seen in every detail of decoration and furniture which have truly high qualities.

★ INDOOR LAYOUT

On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, an armchair, a fireplace, a satellite 55” smart HDTV including Netflix and a Nintendo Wii, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped island style kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including the Liebherr refrigerator and Gaggenau electrical equipment. The open plan area opens to both front yard and the back yard, the front yard has a spacious veranda with sitting area and an outdoor dining area that leads to the pool area while the back yard has a fully equipped barbecue area.

The ground floor also hosts three bedrooms, one of them is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The other 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively (the single beds can be transformed to be a double one if needed). All the bedrooms have accesses to outdoor area and the pool. Additionally a bathroom with shower and a separate WC are found on the same floor.
On the lower floor of the villa there is an independent master suite that can be reached from both indoor and outdoor areas. The master suite consisting of a living room area, a kitchen, a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally the suite has direct access to the garden where a sauna room and an outdoor bathroom are located.

Crete is the largest island in Greece. It is known for its beautiful Mediterranean waters, plentiful beaches and its ancient history. Travelers have long been attracted to the island thanks to its great cuisine and friendly, welcoming people. Heraklion is the capital of Crete and one of the Mediterranean region''s most fascinating and vibrant cities. It is full of places to discover. It offers a wealth of museums, a summer-long arts festival, historical sightseeing, amazing nightlife and events throughout the year. Whatever the purpose of your visit, your stay in Heraklion will be one to remember.

The strategic location of our villa makes transfers easy, as it is found within a few minutes drive from the seafront village of Kokkini Hani in Heraklion region, around 13 km east of the city of Heraklion.
In Kokkini Hani village (2 km away from the villa), apart from the clean and organized beach, you will find a bank and ATMs, supermarkets open seven days a week, bakeries, shops, taverns, cafes and bars.
In addition to the nearest sandy beach of Kokkini Hani, several organised beaches are easily accessed from the villa such as Arina beach (2.9 km), Amnissos beach (6.2 km), Karteros beach (7 km) and Ammoudara beach (19 km), etc.

Additionally there are many places that can be easily visited from the villa and attractive for daily entertainment for families with children such as one of the biggest water park in Europe, Watercity (1.6 km) and Aqua Plus Waterpark (16 km), aquarium (5.2 km), planetarium (5.1 km) and dinosaurs theme park (4.8 km), etc.

Other major facilities of the island are only a breath away from the villa, such as the Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport and the port of the city, as well as the exit to the highway that gives easy access to the centre of Heraklion and to the other cities in Crete such as Rethymno, Chania, Agios Nikolaos, Hersonissos, Malia, Elounda and others.

Hello, I am Giorgos and I was born in the blessed island of Crete. I am a self-taught entrepreneur with over 19 success stories stores in Germany where I used to live for 35 years. Before moving to Crete, my wife Gelly and I, had 2 restaurants in Cologne Germany and so it is not only our job but also our passion to host people and make them feel welcomed and comfortable. This villa which we built with love, is not our first step in tourism in our island since we managed a hotel in Malia area for more than 15 years. In Villa GG the luxurious, minimal architectural design featuring solid wood, concrete and the unique industrial exterior, is harmoniously combined with the landscape, resulting in the perfect balance between man and nature! We love to travel ourselves and see a country in the most authentic way. We are always looking for good food, good wine, good company and yet importantly good place to stay.
