Relax at the spacious cottage located in the woods on a quiet street, less than 1km from the beach and is the perfect place for a getaway to explore the beautiful Gaspe coast, as a couple, individually, friends or a large family.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the upper floor, one on the main floor and one in the basement. 4 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 has a crib. There are two full bathrooms.
Outside, you have access to a full patio with BBQ, patio furniture and fire pit.
As mentioned, there are two exterior security cameras, one in the back on the doorbell and one on the front near the patio stairs.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire space for rental, with the exception of the mechanical room and storage under the basement stairs. These rooms will be locked and we request that you do not attempt to open it.
Other things to note
Our cottage is located on a quiet residential street in Douglastown. While Forillon Park can be a long drive, you have the benefit of being closer to Perce, near downtown and so many other great attractions to Gaspe!

A LOT of snow falls in Gaspe during the winter. There is hired snow removal for the drive way and to assist with patio/entrance deck shovelling. Guests may be expected to remove some snow as it falls during their stay from in front of the door, access your vehicle, etc. As this is case by case, I am happy to maintain communication during your stay about this!

Neighbourhood highlights
Located in Douglastown, a beautiful sector of Gaspe that boasts a spectacular beach and rich heritage. Our cottage is located on a very quiet residential street. There is a small home daycare located near us but it’s never been a problem. We do not, unfortunately have a beautiful view of the water; however, the trees do provide better protection from the wind!
