We really enjoyed our stay at RocBnB - Joe & Julia are great hosts!

Left the home about 2 hours after arrival- mostly due to weather (very hot and no AC). While the host does describe the area reasonably well, he does not really break down the listings to individual homes/rooms. What you see is not what you get.

Joe is terrific. He met me when I arrived, and was incredibly responsive, via text or in person as needed, every time I had a question or need through the week. He even invited me to join a neighborhood potluck dinner one evening. He and his family could not have been more wel…

The neighborhood is not that great, There were cleanliness issues, we had our food spoiled by ants and there was something wrong with the refrigerator. I don't want to spoil the host's business by this review but there were some issues that the host should take care of.

Response from RocHostel:
We were very sorry to see that Rohit did not enjoy his stay, especially considering that we went out of our way to accommodate his party (a post-1am arrival, among other instances). We must say that we live in this neighborhood and quite enjoy it (as have so very many of our guests!). Furthermore, the entire apartment was cleaned by the previous occupants and then again just for good measure by us personally prior to arrival, so we are quite confident that cleanliness was not an issue. This is, however, the time of year when ants sometimes find their way into houses and onto food that is left out, which is exactly why we take the precaution of setting out ant traps. As for the fridge, we checked and it seems to be functioning just fine. Chalk this one up to a case of "you can't please everyone". =/

I enjoyed my time staying with my hosts of the Little Flower Community. Even though I was gone most of the day, I always felt welcome. The cats keep good company. I really hope their community continues to grow!

I was warmly greeted. The host helped me with organising my luggage and also informed me on what was on offer in the area I was staying. I really appreciated the invitation to dinner with the community. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
