Glad it was such a positive first trip for you! You cite plenty of reasons why so many of us return to SMA again and again. I note your remark about coffee-- did you not see the drip coffee maker in the kitchen? Yes, you are right to reiterate the advice in the Airbnb listing about a flashlight and warm clothes for winter nights at home and on the town. One can be comfortable with the heaters in every room but it can take some adjustment to heat that is not always on, as is the case with central heating to which many visitors are accustomed to using in winter.
