This one bedroom basement suite is extremely spacious and cozy! With a King size bed, a single bed, a large TV, an infrared sauna, a foosball table, a lounging area, and a wide corner desk. It's perfect for athletes, couples, or small families looking for a quiet and cozy place!

Tucked away in a quiet suburban area of town right in the heart of Nepean, it's safe yet walking distance to amenities.

It is fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, a full kitchen, and other basic essentials.

Other things to note
Please note that the upstairs unit is also occasionally rented out as short term rental. There is a potential for noise. Since this is a basement apartment, it tends to be chilly so it's the perfect place for those who enjoy a room on the cooler side. We also provide a portable heater for those who find it too cold. Other things to note with basement apartments such as this one: there can be the occasional harmless critters such as spiders and rollie pollie bugs.
