Stylish, private annexe on the peaceful edge of Bodmin. Holly Lodge has a private patio, outdoor seating and retractable roof pergola. The A30 is just three minutes away, making it ideal for exploring Cornwall. Wadebridge, Padstow, Rock, Newquay and Truro are all within easy driving distance, with the Eden Project, Tintagel and Port Isaac nearby. Guests have private parking, a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance and laundry facilities. Please note: the hot tub is no longer available.
The space
Holly Lodge is a bright, comfortable and beautifully self-contained annexe, offering guests a private and relaxing base throughout their stay. With its own entrance, private patio, parking and dedicated laundry room, it has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient visit.
The accommodation includes a double bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine, together with a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. Tea, coffee and basic cooking essentials are also provided.
The bathroom has a shower with two support rails for added stability. Toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided, along with a hairdryer stored in the bedroom.
Guests have their own private patio with outdoor seating and an opening-and-closing roof pergola.
There is a TV with Sky Freesat and Netflix.
A private laundry room is available exclusively for guests, with a washing machine and laundry facilities.
Private off-road parking is available directly at the property. Additional free parking is available next door if required.
Electric heating is provided throughout the property.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire self-contained annexe, including the private patio, laundry room, driveway and designated parking space. The annexe is completely self-contained and nothing within it is shared with the host.
The annexe has its own private entrance, allowing guests to come and go independently throughout their stay.
