La Selvatica is a hamlet of Campazzo, a hamlet of Nonantola in the countryside 10 km north of Modena. The area is completely flat, ideal for walking and cycling. The streets are narrow and lined with canals. At 500 meters is the Partecipanza Agraria, an area of 765 hectares, almost devoid of houses that shows tourists an extensive cultivated countryside with tree-lined avenues and it is not difficult to meet herons, pheasants, hares, ibis and other wild animals. Beyond the Partecipanza, you can visit the Oasi del Torrazzuolo, a lake area equipped with houses for "bird-watching". About 2 km from the house, on the opposite side of the Partecipanza, is the bank of the Panaro River, which you can travel for several km, on foot or by bicycle, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the beautiful countryside of the Bassa by a few meters.
