This historic home is perched on a hill with incredible views and located in the heart of Salt Lake in the coveted "Avenues" neighborhood. Enjoy the historic charm of this 1904 home with striking modern and cozy touches throughout. The entire home has been updated, designed, and decorated with the modern Airbnb traveler in mind. You'll be centrally located to the Salt Palace (Convention Center), the U of U, downtown SLC, Temple Square, SLC airport, countless trails, Park City and ski resorts!

You’ll have access to everywhere on the main floor and upstairs, as well as the backyard patio and hot tub. Ample street parking available. The driveway is used as the walkway for the basement guests and caretakers who live in the detached garage apartment (completely separate and private entrance).

Other things to note
Please note that while the home and backyard space are completely private and separate, there will likely be other guests staying in the basement (which has a separate/private back entrance.) Also, the home’s caretaker lives in the detached garage. You will not be bothered by them but you may see people walking up the driveway on the side of the house to their separate entrances.

Quiet hours have been set to ensure that guests both upstairs and downstairs have a good experience.

For guest security, there are outdoor security cameras at the front door, front yard, and backyard. There are no cameras whatsoever inside the Airbnb.
