A fully private luxury loft apartment located in historic downtown Napanee and on the doorstep of Prince Edward County, offering everything you have been looking for and more. From the moment you arrive you will be taken by the beauty of this regal Victorian property. This space has been designed with your comfort in mind. You will also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space perfect for relaxing or dining, and lined with stunning gardens. Perfect for your romantic getaway, wine tour, or city escape.
The space
The Loft Suite, a private and self-contained unit offering over 900 square feet of stylish comfort. Situated on the second level of a charming Victorian property, this suite features soaring 10-foot ceilings and oversized windows that fill the space with abundant natural light.
Key Features Include:
• A spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and large wall wardrobe.
• Open-concept living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and gas range.
• A beautifully designed bathroom featuring a soaking clawfoot tub for ultimate relaxation.
• Self-controlled heating and cooling, including radiant heat (seasonally) and an energy-efficient heat pump with A/C (seasonally)
Located in a regal historical Victorian Red Brick Home built in 1895. The property contains the owners quarters and two luxury self contained apartment suites. ~Hosts onsite~
Guest access
In addition to having access to your private unit, guests will have access to the side yard/gardens which contains a seating area, fire table, picnic table, and BBQ. The side yard/gardens are shared with guests from another 1 bedroom suite.
Bikes & Secure Storage
We’re happy to accommodate guests travelling by bike! Our area is popular with cyclists, with many great roads and trails to explore.
If you’re bringing bikes, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll be happy to make arrangements for you to store them securely in our garage during your stay.
Other things to note
The unit contains a 65 inch smart TV that is connected to WIFI and is ready to be connected to your streaming accounts (Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime, etc.)

** Please note: Due to the nature of our home, we are unable to accommodate children or toddlers. This is an older heritage property with original flooring, and the suite is located above another Airbnb unit. As such, sound can travel between floors, and we aim to maintain a quiet and respectful environment for all guests.
Our space is best suited for max 2 adults seeking a peaceful stay.
