Amazing place with horseback riding! Very much felt like a cowboy feel. Kitchen is deceptively well stocked. It's got lighter fluid, lighters, newspapers, BBQ, burner, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, mosquito repellant, lighter fluid, firewood, BBQ forks, garbage bags, seasoning. It's clear that Willi put in 15 years of work into the place.

Miss Willie is a friendly, knowledgeable host. The place is very clean, quiet and cute. The animals are well cared for and very friendly. We went after the labor day weekend when things were winding down and it was very relaxing.

My girlfriend and I stayed with Miss Willie at the Kicking Mule Ranch and we absolutely LOVED it! Perfect mix between camping/off the grid and accessibility. Miss Willie was a gracious host and always made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip special, including freshly brewed coffee each morning so we didn't have to make our own. Our room was clean, and the facilities around the ranch were well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. We will definitely be returning!

Such a hidden gem! Ms Willie was such a wonderful host and the ranch is super cute. We arrived very late Saturday night and Ms Willie got us settled in, in a matter of minutes! The whole property was lit up with a spectacle of lights and our living area (the renovated blacksmith shop) was super confortable and clean! We spent thr morning there enjoying a cup of coffee while touring the premises, saying hello to the horses, mules, petting zoo area. Great for anyone looking for the true ranch experience!

Very cool looking cabins to stay in! We didn't stay very long, but looked like there was lots to do and see at the ranch.

Hi there! Rick and I have a ranch located on beautiful Manitoulin Island. Where we offer 1, 2, and 4 hour horseback riding in the summer from June Ist until October. Great for outdoor lovers!

We have beautiful bush trails for riding. We also have a petting area. We love Animals! We have kittens, rabbits, chickens, sheep, lambs, and ponies for pony rides. Our ranch is pet friendly. Leashed dogs welcomed!

We are only 15 minutes from the Ferry docks in Southbay.
We are 30 minutes from the Cup & Saucer trail. A great hike!
Bridal Veil falls is only 40 minutes away. A must see.

Please be advised when booking, that bedding is at extra cost ($5/bed)
