The space
Perched on the heights between Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, this large family villa with a swimming pool offers a spectacular view of the harbour and the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula. Spacious, bright and welcoming, it is ideal for two families or a group of friends who want to fully enjoy the Côte d'Azur in a quiet and privileged environment.

Spread over two fully air-conditioned levels, the house offers beautiful spaces as well as several living areas that allow everyone to enjoy their stay in comfort. The two levels are connected by an exterior staircase, which also provides a degree of independence between the spaces for families or groups seeking more privacy.

On the ground floor, you will find a family room with 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom, a large bedroom with a double bed and a desk area, and a pleasant living room with an open kitchen that leads directly to the terrace and the pool. This indoor/outdoor space is particularly pleasant for sharing meals or enjoying long summer evenings.

Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms with double beds and a magnificent view of the harbour, a large bedroom with 4 bunk beds ideal for children or teenagers, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a large, fully equipped independent kitchen, and a large, bright living room that opens onto a wrap-around balcony with an unobstructed view.

Outside, you can fully enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool for much of the year thanks to the region's particularly pleasant climate. The different spaces allow you to relax in peace and quiet as well as share convivial moments with family or friends.

The house also has a space in the garage (maximum height: 2 m) as well as a free space outside. It is also quite easy to park near the villa if necessary.
