This peaceful apartment is located in the traditional village of Marathias and only one hundred meters away from one of the most idyllic beaches of Corfu. The place is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays with family or friends.

The space
The 80m^2 apartment is on the first floor of a one-storey building.
It has two bedrooms with one double bed, two small double beds and one toddler bed.
Moreover, it contains a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed.
There are also two balconies with great views of the sea and the countryside. One is at the front of the apartment and the other at the back.

Guest access
Access to the apartment is via a staircase which is located on the side of the building.

Other things to note
At the back of the building there is a courtyard which can be used by guests but is also used by the residents of the ground floor apartment. This is the only space that is being shared with others.
