Hardwood floors, large living room,46"Smart TV, ( basic antenna) Wifi .(AC in bedroom) ,2 decks/balconies front n back , private gated entrance to this self contained Apartment easy walk to beaches +direct access to TTC,in heart of Leslieville's galleries, boutiques, coffee shops & restaurants + Street parking avl (*)spiral staircase in living room an Architectural Feature is completely closed off .Enjoy our roof top+laneway gardens

Our space is Thai-inspired Teak furniture with hard-wood floors throughout.

Guest access
You have your own private entrance for complete privacy. Will have full access to your own kitchen which includes fridge, microwave and cappuccino machine. French press ,rice cooker,juicer ect. The bedroom with AC, that contains a king size bed leads onto your own Private deck. Also available there is a large rear deck /2 season room Enjoy our beautiful deck/laneway gardens in season !

Other things to note
We live and garden directly downstairs. We enjoy early morning walks to the lake most mornings

Neighbourhood highlights

Leslieville is a great neighbourhood to be in. Its an escape from downtown Toronto chaos but at the same time within reach. Its easily accessible by the TTC streetcar or subway that can take you all over Toronto. It's also a wonderful area to walk around and explore trendy stores, coffee shops, galleries, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and more. We are very close to the Toronto beaches if you want to escape the city!

We love to spend our time between Toronto, Thailand and Europe when we can. My wife and I own a small shop in Toronto in Leslie ville and it's our first time using Air bnb!
