The apartment is in a quiet, green location. You are in the center of the "flower city" of Leichlingen in 5-10 minutes. Cologne (trade fair) and Düsseldorf can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling and mountain biking. For example, you can drive upstream on the Wupper, through beautiful hills and along streams. Or explore the river by canoe.

The space
The apartment has a separate entrance, which is reached via three steps of the external staircase, and comprises a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen-living room with large table and extra bed, which can be used as a sofa, as well as a bathroom/toilet with barrier-free shower. The apartment was newly renovated in the spring of 2023, mostly with organic building materials. (clay plaster, lime paint, cork floor with environmental certificate)

By car, you can reach Cologne, Düsseldorf or Wuppertal within 30 minutes.

Public transport is also relatively good. From the bus stop "Leichlingen / Balken" you can go to Leichlingen/Bahnhof and just as well to Opladen/Bahnhof to take the train towards Cologne or Solingen.
