The space
Please note that this space, though very unique and fantastic, is in a heritage building. It is on a busy street and often there are early morning seagulls in downtown Victoria. In short, it is prone to noise. If you are a light sleeper please be warned!
For most guests, you'll be concerned about the amenities provided. A full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and basic cooking items are always provided. Coffee and tea are stocked as well. The condo is around 350 square feet, plus a 150 square feet loft bedroom. However the layout is super functional with an amazingly comfortable pull out couch downstairs and a queen bed in the loft above (open to below). The ceilings are 12' high and a large window and skylight illuminate the space super well. There is no parking but we are located directly across from an affordable city parkade. Wifi, AC (not central, just a unit), ceiling fan, cable TV, Crave subscription and loads of games and entertainment are provided for your enjoyment.
There is also a very large rooftop patio for your use.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the condo. There is high speed WIFI. The loft has a queen bed and the second bed is an extremely comfortable sleeper couch. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking anywhere on the property or in the unit.
Other things to note
Victoria is a very walkable city! It is best explored on foot. Once you have booked we will share recommendations on what to do while visiting.
