Relax at this peaceful home with the sound of the ocean waves and a non stop view of the Bay of Banderas. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, sleeps 7. Very private and quiet in a residential community. Very well appointed with many extras. Located in the gated community of La Puntilla are 19 exclusive homes, with 24 hour security on 7 acres. Private pool, shaded outdoor eating and sitting area with ceiling fans to keep cool. 5 pool loungers, umbrellas, and 4 extra stacking chairs for outdoor use.

The space
Open floor plan, large master with double sink ensuite. Lovely yard and very well equipped kitchen. Many new upgrades: LG washing machine, new 28 cubic foot fridge with reverse osmosis water and ice maker, new Kitchen Aid microwave/convection over cooktop, Vitamix, air fryer, Keurig coffee machine with stainless steel carafe. Sodastream, Henkel knives, Magic Bullet, and electric juicer. Very comfortable beds with bamboo sheets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire house, pool, and yard. Just a few steps to the beach. Nice swimmable beach is just a 2 minute walk away. The Marina is a 10 minute walk away, where you can purchase fresh seafood everyday. Also near many shops and restaurants.

Other things to note
Extras to make your vacation awesome: Air fryer, Coleman cooler, ice packs. Extremely well equipped kitchen for those that want to cook. Spices, condiments, lots of pots and pans.
For outside: Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella, five pool loungers with side tables, two large umbrellas, beautiful landscaping. Inflatables for the pool.
Cleaning is provided once a week for weekly reservations. More cleaning can be provided for an additional charge.
