This basement suite is simple yet has everything you need for your stay in Ottawa. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, a toaster, a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, and a sink. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. This property is fully furnished and includes internet, utilities, linens, & basic cookware.

The space
Please note that the upstairs unit is also occasionally rented out as short term rental. Since this is a basement apartment, it tends to be chilly so it's the perfect place for those who enjoy a room on the cooler side. We also provide a portable heater for those who find it too cold. Other things to note with basement apartments such as this one: there can be the occasional harmless critters such as spiders and rollie pollie bugs.
