Three floors of living space on a working forest property near the Grand River. The home is built for groups who want to actually be together, with two large dining areas, a dedicated games room, a basement rec room, and a wrap-around balcony the whole group can spill onto. Outside, the property keeps going. Marked trails wind through the forest, a large open field is ready for football or frisbee, and a pond with a shaded seating area gives people somewhere quiet to land when they need it. String lights line the outdoor space and the fire pit runs late into the night.
SLEEPING
Three king bedrooms and one room with two queens, all on Tempur-Pedic beds. Three rollaway beds bring the total to 16+ guests sleeping comfortably. The layout gives couples their own space while keeping the group close. Nobody is sleeping on a bad mattress.
