Discover El Castillo, an extraordinary 700m² luxury villa adorned with exquisite contemporary decor. Perched gracefully on a scenic hill, only 5-minute drive from the enchanting Bonita Beach.
This magnificent villa unveils a 180° panoramic view of the renowned PLAYA Bonita in Las Terrenas, where you can savor the delightful charm of beachside restaurants. The villa has 8 splendid bedrooms, each graced with its very own private bathroom, and numerous terraces, each offering a unique ambiance.

The space
El Castillo has 8 bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, several terraces with different atmosphere, an L-shaped infinity pool, a sauna, a massage room, an area dedicated to yoga/pilates, a generator, a barbecue area and 8 parking spaces.

It also comes with full time staff and chef cook included. Nobody needs to cook, all will be taken care off .

Optional services : Concierge service, shuttle service, transport service ( extra fees apply)

Not included : Electricity consumption, a electricity deposit of 5500RDS (100$)a night in cash in mandatory upon arrival, any unconsumed electric will be returned in cash upon check out

The maximum allowed guests is 20 people. The price listed is up to 16 guests.

If you show up with more people then 20 guests children included. A 300$ a person is charged a night.

Other things to note
- This is the DR, were some utilities like internet, electricity and water can experience some disturbances/interruptions. if these disturbances are out of our control, these interruptions are not a case for any refund.
the house has a back up inverter to guarantee non stop electricity supply during black outs for basic appliances.

-Do not leave food out ever. It encourages the tiniest of creatures to invade the house. Just that you know , this is a tropical environment :-)
While we take significant measures to keep these nosey visitors away from your vacation rental , please be aware that they may find their way into house to look for food. Tropical pests include, ants, geckos, palmetto bugs, crickets and even small palm mice.

Additionally, the villa includes:
- a chef (food not included)
- a moon service in Viernes from 9am-5pm and on weekends from 9am-12pm,
- a moon garden in Viernes from 9am-5pm and on Saturday from 9am-12pm,
- 24/7 moon security

Important:
- The light is not included and is not included in consumption (RD$20 per Kws),
- Deposit of US$100 per night in cash is required at the check-in.
- Access to the lavender room is only authorized by our housekeeper. If you need it, please communicate directly with her

Hi I'm Nathalie, Living in the DR since a few years. 365 days a year Summer ! And of course I like it :-) I'm always in the neighborhood when you need help with something or wanna book trips. Our House is very good located , just two steps from the beach and 5 steps from the town , (with many nice restaurants)but still in a very quiet neighborhood. And I love it , waking up every morning with the sounds off birds ... and going to sleep with the sound of crickets . I hope You will like it here as well!
