Valley Isle 1103 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 11th floor, and offers direct ocean views, a private washer/dryer, and A/C. The resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1103 can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The space
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with breathtaking ocean views and access to the lanai. The spacious bathroom is just steps away and features a tub/shower combo. The tropical guest bedroom is well appointed with a queen-size bed and access to a separate bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and a TV with cable.

Stay comfortably cool during your vacation with the newly installed split AC system in the living room and both bedrooms. Unit 1103 is beautifully remodeled and features quality furnishings throughout. Take advantage of the well-supplied and equipped kitchen by cooking meals in this fully remodeled kitchen, featuring custom cabinets and full-size stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals indoors or dine on your private lanai where you'll catch some of the best views in Maui!

Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort fees.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Other things to note
Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Please see our Vacation Rental Agreement located in the House Rules section where you can read further regarding Damage Waiver and Processing Fee.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
