Other things to note
When I am away, I have another person who manages the property for me.
We expect our guests to be clean, courteous, communicative, and respectful of others -- to treat the space as if it were there own home.
Although the area is extremely safe, our policy is to keep doors locked when the space is unoccupied.
We are an eco-friendly house and have some specific house rules:
No use of toxic cleaners, pesticides, herbicides
Please leave outdoor shoes in the entry ways - this helps to keep the floors clean
Keep windows closed in damp and rainy weather.
Use only the cleaning products stored in the house (under the kitchen sink, under bathroom sinks, in the laundry area)
