About this property and its surroundings:


The cozy tiny house is located in the nice district of Herzogtum- Lauenburg. The forest can be reached in just a few minutes on foot and there is plenty of nature, forests and beautiful swimming lakes in the entire area! Pure country idyll and wonderful for relaxing in nature. There are nice little towns (Ratzeburg about 20 min/ Mölln 15 min and Lübeck about 30 min) and very great bike paths, e.g. on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal.
The Baltic Sea is about an hour away.
In the neighboring village there is a bakery, a delivery service (pizza, etc.), a Greek restaurant and a doner snack.

An organic shop can be reached in about 4 km, the nearest supermarkets are about 7 km away.

The tiny house is located on a street. Also in the village it can be that due to this traffic noise occurs at certain times of the day.

The space:

The tiny house is made up of a living room with fireplace and open kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy bedroom on the upper floor. There are two double beds here. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and offers everything for your everyday needs. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed and can be used as another bed if needed.


There is also a large terrace and a small garden available for our guests.

The property has parking.

The apartment is ideal for couples with or without children, or friends who want to enjoy nature and recharge your batteries.

There is also the possibility to book a walk with our ponies or guided rides through the forest by arrangement. The paddock is within sight of the property.

Miscellanious:

The wifi is unreliable. Sometimes it runs flawlessly and there's no connection on the other days

- Due to the current situation, we ask our guests to turn off the heating before leaving the tiny house, to heat it moderately and, at best, to use the fireplace for heating!
- please do not leave any food or dirty dishes in the tiny house.
- When checking out, please empty the garbage in the garbage bins provided for this purpose next to the carport.
