Relaxation is unavoidable at this quaint, family-friendly retreat within walking distance of Parlee Beach. Cuddle up in the cozy sunroom during rain storms, sway in the net swings on the patio with a book in hand, and recline on a deck chair next to a crackling fire while the kids roast marshmallows. Grab some of the provided beach chairs and towels and stroll down to Parlee Beach to enjoy the soft sand and warm, shallow waters of one of the region's most beautiful beaches.

The space
This is a quaint cottage that has been updated with all modern comforts including a full kitchen bathroom with shower and tub, washer and dryer, stove, and fridge/freezer.

You will enter into a bright, spacious living area with couch and loveseat and television. To your left past the living room is a master bedroom with a KING SIZED bed. Next to the living area is a spacious dining room and kitchen perfect for entertaining. At the back of the floorplan you'll find two good-sized bedrooms - one with a comfy double bed and one with a bunk bed. The two smaller bedrooms are right next to the bathroom.

The real highlight is the wrap-around, multi-level patio, beautiful detached three-season room and spacious grassy yard and gardens. You will have the entire place to yourself in a peaceful cottage-filled neighbourhood.

Guest access
The entire space is yours to use, including the beautiful cottage and outdoor spaces. There is also a shed on the property you will have access to with beach accessories and bicycles.

Note: Default booking is Sunday-Sunday in July and August. Depending on timing, shorter stays or different check-in/out days may be possible. Send me a message to verify.
