1 Queen size Bed, Couch, Twin Cot w/memory foam and full Bathroom.

The space
We live in a townhouse, therefore we live upstairs. The Private Basement is our Air BNB.
There is a security camera on the outside of the garage and 1 security camera inside the garage.
There are no steps so accessible to everyone.
Please note: We do not rent to Locals!

Guest access
You have the Entire Basement Suite and Yard to yourself. You will access the suite by the garage.

Other things to note
If you request a 1:00pm - 5:00 pm checkout, you will be charged 60% of that days rate, due to the fact I cannot rent my suite for that day after a late check out. The additional charges will be paid directly to your host. If an early check-in is requested on top of a late check-out you will be charged for a Full Additional Day, to be paid directly to your Host.
Electric Vehicles can be charged 2km away, off Division Street in Panera Bread parking lot.
