Apartment was very clean, quiet, basic, for an affordable price. It was a good location, in a suburb, just 2 blocks from the main thoroughfare Northbourne) into City Centre. There was a washing machine in the building ( small fee). The bike path is very close and goes right down to the university and to the National Museum (longer ride).

Booked the apartment for my in-laws. They were very happy with everything. Peter always replied quickly to my questions and check-in and out was very easy. Thank you!

Great location, easy access from the street into the complex and well fitted out to make the stay a comfortable one. Communication with Peter was excellent and he left a surprising gift at the unit. Thankyou.

The unit is in a good location, we could do almost all the sights on the bikes (the bikes weren't great, but useable). The unit has everything you need and was clean. It was a little chilly in the evenings, even with the heater, but the bedding kept us nice and warm at night. Tilly's and a great kebab shop are in walking distance and we loved the atmosphere in the old Canberr Inn, a 5 min. bike ride away.

The description of apartment is misleading it is a run down apartment building that stinks of cigarette smoke. The entry stairway up to the place was untidy and smokey The bathroom has issues and the stale smell of smoke was very strong and went straight to my throat even though the place was clean and tidy One of us is asthmatic and couldn't stay here and none of us felt this accom was acceptable

Response from Peter:
I have a no smoking policy and suspect the "smoke" smell may have been the smell of new carpet.

I love to travel and for the last few years managed to get away a couple of times a year. I think each time I travel I am getting a little more adventurous. Recently I have travelled to the Middle East, Nepal and Europe. I see travelling as a balance between seeing things, doing things and meeting people.
