Nice and cozy double room in the city center of Rome, between Trastevere (10 min by walking) and S. Pietro (5 min by walking). The room is located in a really nice building. We are two sisters and we love to share with you tips and suggestions.

The space

The double room has a comfortable Japanese double bed, a wardrobe and a tiny sofa. We provide blankets and towels to our guests.

Guest access

Our guests will have free access to the kitchen.

Interaction with guests

We love meet new people, share info and tips about Rome (restaurants, place to see, hidden gems) and in the week end going out together for a drink if you like.

Other things to note

The shared bathroom is small, but functional.

The building is an ancient one (1800) so it hasn't the elevator, but no worries we will help you with your luggage!

With us live Jazz, a small and sweet little dog!

Be polite and respectfull

The guests have to leave clean the kitchen and the bathroom after they use them.

Here there is the recycling of garbages. There are 5 different bin bags: one for plastic & alluminium, one for glass, one for paper (clean paper like newspapers), one for compost (waste of veggies, fruits, coffee, tea, eggs - no meat, no fish, no bread), one for no-recycling

We try to be an eco-friendly house, this means that we turn off the light and the heating when we don't need it, we avoid to waste water and food.

It's allowed to smoke in the kitchen and in the room at the window

Comes as advertised: a nice room in a shared apartment. Most tourist sites are walkable, which is a huge bonus. Jenn and roommate are very helpful in getting you set up.

Our stay in Trastevere with Jennyfer was wonderful. She was a fabulous host! Her room is cozy, the double bed suited me and my friend fine, though this may be a consideration for a taller traveller. The bathroom is also small (though we were warned ahead of time) - again, didn't affect my friend and I but may be a bit tight for a taller traveller. We didn't have internet at first, though Jennyfer did everything in her power to fix it (even offered us a SIM card!) and when it was fixed, perfect connection! We woke up to a light Italian breakfast every morning (espresso was amazing, but when my tea-loving friend hesitated at the mention of coffee, out popped some tea!) and had a nice chat about what we did the day before and what we were planning on getting to that day - Jen was a great source of local info, her restaurant recommendations were bang-on. All in all our stay with Jen was great and a fabulous way to start off our Europe tour!

I loved Jennyfer's house. It is very pretty and they are very nice. It is very central and close to public transport.

Jen and her sister are both friendly and helpful. Jen was proactive in her communication, finding out in advance what my travel plans were and advising me how to find the accommodation. The apartment was clean and comfortable and its location is brilliant for visiting so many of Rome's incredible sights... I walked everywhere! Grazie Jen.

I'm from Italy, I love travel and learning day by day from others: know different uses and traditions, places, way of seeing the life. I love biking, hiking, walking, being in the nature, listening music, reading, photographing and good foor & drink. I'm a polite, positive and outgoing person.
