Great Room: The expansive great room is designed for comfort and entertainment. Relax on the huge sectional sofa while enjoying the view through walls of windows. The room includes a flat-screen TV, a Scrabble board, and a variety of games for cozy nights in. A queen-sized Murphy bed is available for additional guests, along with a convenient half bath to ensure privacy.

Downstairs Master Suite: Located off the great room, this suite offers river views and black-out shades for restful sleep. The en-suite bathroom features both a sauna and a bidet.
Upstairs Master Suite: This spacious bedroom boasts three skylights, filling the room with natural light and allowing you to stargaze at night. It includes a separate office space with spectacular river and bay views, ideal for work or study, with a printer available. The oversized closet can double as additional storage or even a sleeping area for extended stays.
Outdoor Living: Enjoy the beautiful surroundings with a BBQ grill for outdoor meals. Two kayaks are available for exploring the river, making the most of the serene waters and natural beauty.
Parking and Access: Park up to three cars in the shared driveway, with two spaces to the right of the single-car garage and one directly in front. There is also space for a boat. The property is accessed via a gated entry for added security and privacy.

The property is located away from the bustle of Lincoln City but close to hiking trails and the river for fishing and birding.
Nearby Attractions: Explore Depoe Bay and Newport for stunning coastal views, fishing, seafood, antiques, and boutiques. Drive south to see the Sea Lion Caves, a unique land-based sea lion rookery.
Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Please keep pets downstairs due to the carpeted upstairs and ensure they are leashed outside as there is no fenced yard.
Note: A car is necessary for getting around, with the nearest grocery store about 10 minutes away. A public boat launch is available just up the river. This property does have a dock that is shared by two homes. Use of the dock is at your own risk. It is to be used for river access only and quiet hours apply.

Parking at Siletz Sanctuary:
Designated Spaces: You have access to a shared driveway with the neighboring property. Siletz Sanctuary is located on the left side of the driveway. There are two designated parking spaces to the right of the single-car garage and one additional space directly in front of the garage for your use.
Boat Parking: If you have a boat, there is also room to park it in the driveway, making it easy to enjoy water activities during your stay. A public boat launch is located a few miles up the highway.
Gate Access: For your security and privacy, we like to keep the gate closed at all times. In the entry hall of the home, you will find a small wall cabinet that contains the remote control for opening and closing the gate.
Considerate Parking: Please use only the parking spaces designated for Siletz Sanctuary and be considerate of our neighbors by not parking in their areas.

Pet and Child-Friendly Considerations: We welcome dogs (with a pet fee) and older kids (younger ones are welcome as long as they are supervised on the deck). However, please note that there is no fenced yard and the house is almost completely surrounded by water. Dogs should be kept on a leash outside. Please do not allow them to run as they inevitably end up in our neighbors yard or garden. In the home, dogs should be kept on the main level of the home.
