The top-floor flat lies very central in Berlin, very near to the Tiergarten and the Spree river.
The flat is very big (100m^2). It has three rooms and two of them are lived-in by me and my roommate (students). The third one, the most nice one, you can see on the pictures, is connected with a big roof terrace. It has a big leathern couch, a big round designer-bed for two persons and much sunlight. Inbetween the kitchen and the room, there is a big curtain, which gives you your privacy like doors.
The kitchen and the bathroom (also very big) are shared and the whole flat is kept very cheerful.
Many sightseeings are in the very near and can be reached by foot (Siegessäule, Spree river, Tiergarten, Straße des 17. Juni, Brandenburger Tor, ...)
The Moabit area is known for its diversity, being very multicultural, where you can find many shops, bars and nice cafes throughout the street Turmstrasse.
We, the roommates, are very open-minded and always looking forward to get to know people from all over the world. For some insider information or questions, what you really should do or see in Berlin, we are available.
Please ask, if you have questions.
